About the Mission:
The family of US Army Vietnam War Veteran Louis D. Klubek has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services. Mr. Klubek passed surrounded by his family on 1 September 2025.
Mr. Klubek entered the Army on 15 March 1968 at Fort Lee Virginia. After his Basic Training, he was sent to Vietnam for a 12 month tour of duty as a Laundry Specialist (MOS 57E20). He was honorably discharged at Fort Lewis Washington on 26 February 1970, and for his service to his nation, was awarded; National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal w/2 Overseas Bars, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal w/1960 Device.

PGR will stand flag line for arriving family and guests for Mass of Christian Burial. After Mass and dignified transfer, PGR will escort Mr. Klubek and his loving family to Lakeside Cemetery in Hamburg, NY for military honors and interment. Do what you can to support our veteran.
