About the Mission:

Patriot Guard Riders has been asked to participate in an unofficial capacity for a memorial ride to benefit the Deputy Kurt B. Wyman Foundation. Its mission is to assist the Town of Whitestown in the construction of a memorial park honoring the life of Oneida County Deputy Sheriff Kurt B. Wyman who was killed in the line of duty on June 7, 2011. The park will be used by the community to help ensure his legacy is kept alive with a memorial monument and multiple sports fields serving as a tribute to Kurt’s love for children and his passion for the game of soccer.

Deputy Kurt B. Wyman was an Oneida County Sheriff's Deputy and also a United States Marine Corps Veteran who served active tours in Operation Enduring Freedom. In honor of Deputy Wyman's service and sacrifice, the Deputy Kurt B. Wyman Foundation holds an annual motorcycle ride each year.

Special Information:

This is an Unofficial Mission. PGRNY will not be leading the ride. We have been invited on a volunteer basis.  Ride begins at Utica Harley Davidson. Registration begins at 8:30, $25 per bike. The ceremony is at 9:40 AM and KSU is 10:00 AM.
